Customer Service Advisor

Due to expansion, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic Customer Service team in Crawley.

The Role

Our growth, coupled with our future development plans, means we are searching for a Customer Service Advisor to join our expanding Customer Service team. The successful candidate will have responsibility for managing and processing orders, payments and enquiries from magazine subscribers, by way of inbound calls, email, written correspondence, and marketing campaign documentation.

The Customer Service Advisor

You will relish the opportunity of joining a dynamic and people focused business, together with the challenge of working across a diverse portfolio of published magazine brands, and importantly, boast a passion for delivering high levels of customer service. To be successful in this role you will not need specific experience, but the following attributes are essential. The successful Customer Service Advisor will have:

  • Strong and natural customer service ethic
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – particularly over the phone
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service focus
  • Pleasant and helpful nature
  • Organisational skills and the ability to learn quickly from an intensive period of training.
