The Daily Mail has been ordered to take remedial action by IPSO, for breaching Prince Andrew's privacy.
A complaint was lodged with IPSO by the Duke of York, after the Daily Mail circled a helicopter over the grounds of his home in June 2015.
The helicopter was intended to take photographs of Princess Eugenie's 25th birthday preparations.
Although the Daily Mail stated that there was a case for "public interest" for the photographs of the party preparations, however IPSO have ruled that the newspaper breached Clause 3 of the Editors' Code of Practice.
Clause 3 is the Privacy clause, which states: Everyone is entitled to respect for his or her private and family life, home, health and correspondence, including digital communications.
Editors will be expected to justify intrusions into any individuals private life without consent. Account will be taken of the complainants own public disclosures of information.
IPSO have ruled that an adjudication is to appear in the first ten pages of the Daily Mail, and appear for twelve hours on the Mail Online home page.
